Photodetector for distributed temperature sensors

A photodetector for OEM integration into distributed temperature sensing (DTS) systems. It incorporates two InGaAs avalanche photodiodes with multi/single-mode fiber optics with an integrated thermostatic control module, allowing the LFD to operate at a constant temperature with minimal temperature drift and stable noise figure, thereby improving its signal-to-noise ratio. The internal amplification circuitry combines multi-stage mutual amplification and noise reduction technology to improve the signal-to-noise ratio and produce a high-quality output signal to be transmitted to the downstream data acquisition board. The module utilizes a single + 5V DC power supply. It generates the APD bias voltage internally and is highly integrated for convenient use.
